1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application developed by Gilbert Mpanga ("I", "me", "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use my applications.

These terms apply to all users of my applications, including but not limited to Sophia, Quiz Univers, and any future applications I develop.

2. Description of Service

I develop and maintain mobile applications for iOS and other platforms. My applications are designed to provide educational, productivity, and entertainment services to users.

• Sophia: Document conversion and audio generation for spaced repetition learning
• Quiz Univers: Quiz creation and educational progress tracking
• Other Applications: Various productivity and educational tools

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of my applications, you agree to:

• Use the applications only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the applications
• Not upload or share content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts or using services
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Intellectual Property

All applications, software, content, and materials provided by me are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute my applications without permission
• Use my trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on my applications
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using my applications, but grant me a license to use such content as necessary to provide the services.

6. Payment and Refunds

Some of my applications may be offered for purchase through the Apple App Store or other platforms. Payment processing is handled by these platforms, not directly by me.

• All purchases are final unless otherwise specified
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform where you made the purchase
• I do not process refunds directly - please contact Apple or the relevant platform
• Free applications may include optional in-app purchases

7. Limitation of Liability

As a solo developer, I provide my applications "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• I disclaim all warranties, express or implied
• I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application
• I am not responsible for data loss or corruption
• I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Service Availability

I strive to maintain high availability of my applications, but as a solo developer:

• I cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service
• I may discontinue applications with reasonable notice
• Some features may not be available in all regions

9. Updates and Modifications

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When I do:

• I will post the updated terms on my website
• I will update the "Last updated" date
• Continued use of my applications constitutes acceptance of the new terms
• Material changes will be communicated through the applications or email

10. Termination

You may stop using my applications at any time. I may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the applications ceases immediately
• I may delete your account and associated data
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I am located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
